What we cover
Explore the core SAT Math topics covered during the four weeks.
Week 1
Linear equations, linear inequalities, slope and intercepts, systems of equations, and modeling word problems with linear equations.
Week 2
Quadratic forms, polynomials, exponential growth/decay, rational expressions, radicals, and recognizing equivalent expressions.
Week 3
Ratios, rates, density, percentages, scatterplots, statistics, probability and conditional probability.
Week 4
Triangles, circles, coordinate geometry, 3D geometry, trigonometry, and geometric applications.
The PiPath approach
A diagnostic or recent score reveals which concepts the student needs to strengthen.
Build conceptual understanding through explanations, questions and guided problem-solving, so students understand why a method works.
Timed problem-solving happens during the live sessions and students learn how to work through SAT Math problems quickly by using time-saving strategies (including in-depth Desmos tutorials).
In each session, students solve timed questions and submit their answers. The instructor uses these responses to assign homework tailored to each student’s needs.
